In light of the evolution of COVID-19 (Coronavirus), our Maison is more than ever committed to playing its part to fight against the spread of the virus and minimizing the risk of transmission for our teams, clients and community. In line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and local health authorities’ guidelines, select boutiques are open with modified services


BOUTIQUES

Select Cartier boutiques are pleased to open with modified services including virtual and phone appointments, pre-scheduled in-boutique appointments and curbside pickup. Please note, in an effort to respect social distancing guidelines, appointments and total number of visitors inside the boutiques will be limited.

CURBSIDE PICKUP

Select Cartier boutiques are offering curbside pickup for a contactless delivery option. Contact your Cartier Ambassador directly or at 1-800-CARTIER to place an order over the phone with the option to pickup curbside at select Cartier boutiques. Please note that this service is only available at select boutiques that are offering curbside pickup.

 

SAFETY MEASURES AT OUR BOUTIQUES

Cartier’s top priority is the safety and well-being of our valued visitors and teams. We are closely monitoring state and local authorities’ guidance and are implementing measures to promote a safe and healthy environment. These measures include limiting the total number of guests in each boutique, requiring protective face coverings, frequently washing hands/using hand sanitizer, and regularly disinfecting all high touch surfaces (including select creations presented to clients) and high traffic areas. We look forward to hosting you at our boutique.

 

IN SERVICE CREATIONS AT TEMPORARILY CLOSED BOUTIQUES

We deeply regret to inform our clients whose creations are currently being serviced at temporarily closed boutiques, that we will be delayed in making those items available for pickup. We hope to resume all services at our boutiques as soon as we are able to, following guidance from state and local authorities. REPAIRS & PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

  • Watches & Accessories: Our workshops in the United States and Canada, that service watches and accessories remain open. To submit your Cartier creation for repair, you may set an appointment at your local boutique here or you may ship your item ship your item directly to our workshop at the address below, including your name and contact details within the parcel.
